By eating fewer carbs, (20 NET carbs per day) and lots of healthy, delicious fats, you will enter into ketosis and train your body to burn fat for fuel. This program works well for clients who are looking to lose weight quickly in a satisfying way without cravings or hunger. We offer the option for larger portion sizes and more calories per meal in order to sustain a more rigorous fitness regimen. Our Keto menu is focused on providing the proper macros to ensure maximum metabolic benefit for weight loss. High concentrations of healthy fat, protein, and vegetables. Our Paleo program works well as a follow up to Keto.
