This diet will produce lean body mass, lower sugar levels in your blood, lower cravings for carbohydrates, promote higher energy levels, and improve your mental precision.*

Keto Diet

The Keto program is a lower-carb version of the Paleo program designed to quickly turn your body into a fat burning machine. By eating fewer carbs, (20 NET carbs per day) and lots of healthy, delicious fats, you will enter into ketosis and train your body to burn fat for fuel. This program works well for clients who are looking to lose weight quickly in a satisfying way without cravings or hunger. We offer the option for larger portion sizes and more calories per meal in order to sustain a more rigorous fitness regimen. Our Keto menu is focused on providing the proper macros to ensure maximum metabolic benefit for weight loss. High concentrations of healthy fat, protein, and vegetables. Our Paleo program works well as a follow up to Keto.

Paleo Diet

The Paleo program reflects the powerful notion that we can maximize health and energy by replicating the diet of our "pre-agriculture" ancestors, AKA The Cave Mans Diet. This popular way of eating is great for weight loss and enjoying a clean, healthy diet. For clients who are dedicated athletes or serious about their training. We offer the option for larger portion sizes and more calories per meal in order to sustain a more rigorous fitness regimen. Our Paleo menu is high concentrations of lean meat, fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds, nuts, and healthy oils (and avoids grains, legumes, dairy, potatoes, refined sugar, and processed oils).

Vegetarian / Pescatarian / Vegan

Of the many ways to lose weight, one stands out as by far the most wholesome. When you build your meals from a generous variety of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and beans, weight loss is remarkably accessible. The Vegetarian Diet Program will make it just that much easier with organic produce and ready-to-go portions. Meals are formulated from the highest quality vegetarian products. *seafood is optional.

Gluten-Free

This plan embraces a diet filled with fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, fish, beans, and legumes. As with any nutritional regimen, the practices of portion control and moderation are essential for those eating gluten-free. New Moms

Our Zone Healthy, New Mom Menus are formulated to provide new moms with proper nutrition and the convenience of prepared meals so they may fully enjoy their pregnancy and the special time with their new arrival. This menu includes nutrient-rich ingredients that are essential for both mommy and baby while restricting certain ingredients that are not suggested for new mommies. As a nursing mother, it is quite normal to worry about your milk supply when you start breastfeeding your baby. DO NOT WORRY! You're not alone. Many mums worry about how much milk they are making and whether their baby is getting enough to meet their growing needs. One of the most important questions that nursing moms have is what to eat during the feeding months that will ensure a good supply of milk.

HCG

We offer all phases of the HCG diet, including Phase 2, Phase 3 and maintenance. We understand the difficulties and extra work that comes with the HCG diet. With only 500 calories a day, it?s vital that you?re receiving the correct portions and nutrients to remain healthy while losing weight. This program is designed to meet all the necessary requirements of the HCG diet to make your life easier.
