How it works

Pick Eating Window

Decide when you will eat your meals. For example, you might choose to eat between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, or any other 8-hour window that fits your schedule and preferences

Start Your Fast

Begin your fasting period after your last meal of the day. For instance, if your last meal is at 8:00 PM, the fasting period will start from 8:00 PM and continue until the next day

Break Your Fast

When your fasting period ends, you can break your fast and start your eating window. Consume your meals and snacks within the 8-hour timeframe
