Each plan includes no fewer than four meals: two entrees, a snack, and dessert. For your entrees, you can select whichever pair works best for you: breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, or breakfast and dinner. You can receive three entrees — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — for just a little extra. With the included snack and dessert, it’s everything you need! The nutrition requirements of the following plans necessitate two exceptions to the above:
The HCG Plan includes two HCG snacks instead of a snack and dessert.
The New Moms plan includes a Wellness Shot in addition to your snack and dessert.
You can receive your meals anywhere from 1 day per week to 5 days per week, with Saturday and Sunday meals delivered each Friday night. You may also select the ideal day of the week to receive your meals if not placing an order to be delivered daily.
The effort we put into carefully calculating nutrient requirements and sourcing locally grown ingredients prohibits offering a “one-time-only” takeout option. Our meal plans are for a minimum of three days with at least two meals and your snack plus dessert.
Absolutely! Many of your customers do! We’ll customize your meal plan to add an extra meal (breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner) or an extra snack and/or dessert. Larger portions for all of your meals can also be added. Additional fees apply.
We also offer healthy juices such as fresh cold-pressed wellness shots, fresh organic pure coconut water, and more. Such options can be selected when signing up.
For women, experts recommend a daily calorie count of 1,200 to 1,400 calories for all meals combined. For men, the recommended daily calorie count will be around 1,700 to 1,900 calories.
The only exception is our HCG meal plan, which is about 500 calories per day for phase 2 and 800 to 1,000 calories for phase 3.
We offer fresh, new options to our menu every four weeks. If something on the current menu doesn't fit your tastes, give us a call and we can most likely work something out just for you!

We always ask for food allergies up-front before recommending any meal plans to our customers. Your meals will be prepared separately to prevent cross-contamination of food allergens.
Meals are delivered daily between 8 pm and 7 am. Your meals will arrive in a special cooler on ice to maintain freshness. Your meals will also be individually packaged and pre-portioned, so all you need to do is heat them and enjoy!
