Plan Description


The Paleo program reflects the powerful notion that we can maximize health and energy by replicating the diet of our "pre-agriculture" ancestors, AKA The Cave Mans Diet. This popular way of eating is great for weight loss and enjoying a clean, healthy diet. For clients who are dedicated athletes or serious about their training. We offer the option for larger portion sizes and more calories per meal in order to sustain a more rigorous fitness regimen. Our Paleo menu is high concentrations of lean meat, fresh fruits and vegetables, seeds, nuts, and healthy oils (and avoids grains, legumes, dairy, potatoes, refined sugar, and processed oils).

Our Menus are designed to accommodate seasonal changes. Our menus incorporate superfoods as and when required to help enhance your nutritional needs to obtain your health and wellness goals. Proteins are all natural, no hormones, antibiotics, nitrates or GMOs. Fish is wild caught and/or sustainably raised, and not farmed. We work closely with local organic farmers to ensure that our clients are being served the freshest and best produce at the right time of year. (comes in daily)
